| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定藤络宁胶囊中东莨菪内酯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。以ZORBAX RX SIL(150 mm×4.6 mm，5μm)为色谱柱；流动相：正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨水(200∶200∶12∶1)：检测波长：349 nm；流速：1.0 mL·min-1。结果东莨菪内酯的加样回收率平均为98.02%，RSD为1.98%(n=6)。结论试验结果表明，该方法准确、灵敏度高，重现性好。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of scopoletin in Tengluoning capsules. METHODS Zorbax RX-SIL column was used.The mixture of n hexane dichloromethane methanol ammonia (200∶200∶12∶1) was used as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 349 nm and the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS The mean recovery of scopoletin in Tengluoning capsules was 98.02%(RSD=1.98%)(n=6). CONCLUSION The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate. |
