| 摘 要： | 目的 探索治疗外伤性视神经损伤较好的手术路径和方法。方法 采用经鼻内窥镜筛蝶窦进路视神经管减压术治疗外伤性视神经损伤。结果 17例患者中10例分别从术前的无光感、眼前手动、50cm指数、眼前手动、无光感、光感、无光感、眼前手动、无光感、眼前手动提高到术后的0.2,0.3,0.4,0.06,0.3,0.1,0.7,0.12,0.8,4例眼球活动障碍恢复正常，1例眼球外突恢复正常，随访1个月至1年。结论 经鼻内窥镜筛蝶窦进路视神经管减压术进路直接，损伤组织少，术中出血少，手术时间明显缩短，是治疗外外性神经损伤的较好手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To search for a better method for treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy.Methods Seventeen cases were treated by transnasal endoscopic sphenoethmoidal optic canal decompression.Results The visual acuity in 10 cases was improved from NLP, HM,CF/50cm,HM,NLP,LP,NLP,HM,NLP,HM to 0.2, 0.3,0.3,0.4,0.06,0.3,0.1,0.7,0.12,0.8 after the operation. Hypoactivity of eyeball was recovered in 4 cases. Conclusion Transnasal endoscopic sphenoethmoidal optic canal decompression is a better method for treatment of post-traumatic optic neuropathy. |
