糖尿病患者并发眼病的相关因素分析

目的:观察糖尿病患者年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、病程、血糖控制、高血压、HbAlc%水平、BUN水平、Cr水平、CRP水平与糖尿病眼病的发病的相关性。方法:把2008年6月至2011年11月间来我院内分泌科住院的86例糖尿病并发眼病的患者作为观察组,记录其年龄、性别、吸烟情况、饮酒、病程、血糖控制、高血压、HbAlc%水平、BUN水平、Cr水平、CRP水平等情况。结果:年龄、病程、血糖控制、高血压、HbAlc%水平、BUN水平、Cr水平、CRP水平与糖尿病眼病的发病相关,P<0.05,BUN、Cr、CRP水平与糖尿病眼病发生关联很强(OR>2.0),性别、吸烟、饮酒等与糖尿病并发眼病的相关性尚未发现。结论:糖尿病患者的年龄、病程、血糖控制、高血压、HbAlc%水平、BUN水平、Cr水平、CRP水平与其并发眼病密切相关。

Analysis of the related factors of oculopathy occurrence in the patients with diabetes

Objective:To study the relativity between oculopathy occurrence in the patients with diabetes and age,gender,smoke,alcohol,course of disease,glycemic control,hypertension,HbA1c%,BUN,Cr and CRP level.Method:86 patients from June 2008 to November 2011 were assigned as observe group.Parameters (age,gender,smoke,alcohol,course of disease,glycemic control,hypertension,HbA1c%,BUN,Cr and CRP level) were recorded.Results:Age,course of disease,glycemic control,hypertension,HbA1c%,BUN,Cr and CRP level were relative with oculopathy occurrence,P<0.05.BUN,Cr and CRP level were strongly relative with oculopathy occurrence(OR>2.0).There’s no report of relativity between oculopathy occurrence and gender,smoke and alcohol.Conclusion:Age,course of disease,glycemic control,hypertension,HbA1c%,BUN,Cr and CRP level were relative with oculopathy occurrence.
