老年人肥胖与代谢综合征关系的调查

目的：了解闵行区江川社区老年人肥胖与代谢综合征的关系。方法：对4566例60岁以上老年人进行体检,检测身高、体重、血压、血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇,分析不同体质指数代谢综合征的患病率。结果：老年人代谢综合征总的患病率为24.4%,其中超重组患病率为31.0%,肥胖组患病率为37.5%。结论：为降低代谢综合征患病率应加强老年人健康素养的形成,注重体重的控制。

Survey of the relationship of obesity with metabolic syndrome in the elderly

Objective:To investigate the relationship of obesity with metabolic syndrome in the elderly in Jiangchuan of Mminhang district.Method:The morbidity of the different body mass index of metabolic syndrome was analyzed for 4566 elderly over 60 years old through examining their height,weight,blood pressure,blood sugar,triglycerides and cholesterol.Result:The morbidity of the elderly metabolic syndrome was 24.4%,of which 31% in the overweight group and 37.5% in obesity group.Conclusion:It is important for the elderly to strengthen the formation of the health literacy and pay attention to control their weight to low the morbidity of the metabolic syndrome.
