| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨腹腔镜对腹腔出血性疾病的诊治价值。方法 :对 6例腹腔出血性疾病经腹腔镜进行诊断和治疗。结果 :6例确诊率达 10 0 % ,4例经腹腔镜进行了治疗 ,2例获得指导性治疗。结论 :腹腔镜不仅是一种安全且准确的诊断方法 ,而且是良好的治疗手段

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of the laparoscopy in the dignoses and treatment for abdominal hemorrhage diseases.Methods:6 cases with abdominal hemorrhage were diagnosed and treated under laparoscopy.Results:All cases were successfully diagnosed 4 cases were cured with laparoscopy and 2 cases were treated under the guidance of laparoscopy.Conclusions:Laparoscopy is not only a safe and proper diagnostic method,but also a good procedure for treatment. |
