| 摘 要： | 由于艾滋病和细菌耐药性的出现，结核病日益成为全球健康关注问题。目前迫切需要新的化学治疗药物。本文介绍一些具有抗结核分支杆菌活性的新化合物，如氟喹诺酮、恶唑烷酮、烷磺基乙酰胺和硝基咪唑类化合物的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) becomes a growing international health concern because of the emergence of multi-drug-resistance of mycobacteria and AIDS. So, there is a pressing need for new effective anti-TB agents. This review summerizes the progress of some novel anti-TB compounds such as fluoroquinolones, oxazolidinones, alkylsulfonyl derivatives and nitroimidazopyrans. |
