格列吡嗪控释片治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性

目的:探讨格列吡嗪控释片在老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中应用的有效性和安全性。方法:老年T2DM患者160例随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例,治疗组采用采用格列吡嗪控释片治疗,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2 h血糖(F2BG),以及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)等指标变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者FBG、F2BG、TG、TC、LDL等指标均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组下降趋势明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于二甲双胍,格列吡嗪控释片能有效降低老年T2DM患者血糖与血脂含量,安全性好,值得推广应用。

Efficacy and Safety of Glipizide Controlled release Tablets in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of glipizide controlled-release tablets in elderly patients with type 2 di- abetes. Method： Totally 160 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was with the glipizide controlled-release tablets ＊xeatment, and the control group was with the metformin treatment. Result： After the treatment, FBG, F2BG, TG, TC and LDL indicators of the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before the treatment （ P 〈 0.05）, and the treatment group showed more obvious decrease in those indicators than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Compared with mefformin, glipizide controlled-release tablets can reduce blood sugar and lipid levels more safely and effectively in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, suggesting wide application in clinics.
