| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法方法测定益利康软胶囊中红景天苷的含量。方法:采用Lichrospher-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(12∶88)为流动相,检测波长:275 nm,柱温为室温。结果:红景天苷在0.030 1～0.602 0 mg.ml-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of salidroside in Yilikang soft capsules. Method： Salidroside was determined by HPLC with a Lichrospher-C18 column（ 150 mm× 4.6mam,5 μm）as the chromatographic column and methanol-water （ 12： 88） as the mobile phase . The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. Result： The linearity of the salidroside concentration and the peak area were both promising within the range of 0. 030 1-0. 602 0 mg ml- 1（ r = 1. 000 0）. The average recovery was 99.45% with RSD of 0.65 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and can be used in the analysis of salidroside in Yilikang soft capsules. |
