氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的:探讨在低分子肝素和阿司匹林标准治疗的基础上加上氯吡格雷治疗UAP的疗效与安全性。方法:选择诊断明确的不稳定型心绞痛患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用低分子肝素、阿司匹林及抗心绞痛药物,治疗组在以上治疗的基础上即刻加用氯吡格雷300mg,以后以后75mg1次/d,连续14d。结果:治疗组能明显减少心绞痛发作频率(P<0.05),改善临床症状,对改善ST段压低明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而主要的副作用在两组之间没有显著差别。结论:在低分子肝素和阿司匹林标准治疗的基础上加上氯吡格雷治疗UAP是安全有效的。

Clinical Observation of Clopidogrel in the Treat ment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency and safety of clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin and aspirin on unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Method: Sixty-eight patients with UAP were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The patients in control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin , aspirin and the routine therapy of angina pectoris. The patients in treatment group were added with clopidogrel besides the above medications,300mg immediately at the first time, then 75mg daily , altogether 14 days.Result: Clopidogrel with the control, the attack frequency of angina pectoris was reduced dramaticly(P<0.05), the clinical symptoms and electrocardiology(ECG) were improved as well in treatment group(P<0.05). There significantiy different between two groups about the side effects.Conclusion: Clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin and aspirin in treatment of UAP has show effective and safety.
