| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我国假药现状,指出其识别难点。方法:以典型案例为剖析对象,阐明我国假药呈现的主要特征与特点。结果与结论:针对假药呈现的特征与特点,建议药品监督管理部门应尽快建立一套科学、合理的假药识别规范化程序,使其在界定、打击与治理假药的执法过程中的法理依据更充分、更具有针对性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyze the current status of counterfeit in China and indicate the difficultie of identification.METHODS:The main characteristics of counterfeit drugs were discussed by representative cases.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:It is suggested that the department of the drug administrave should establish a more scientific,reasonable standardization procedure of conterfeit drugs identification aiming directly at the characteristics of counterfeit drugs,which was more sufficient,intensive and practicable legal evidence for defining,fighting and preventing counterfeit drugs. |
