摘    要:目的探讨补阳还五汤对低糖低氧损伤神经干细胞移行、分化的影响。方法用低糖低氧损伤神经干细胞模拟脑缺血损伤,随机分组,采用细胞标记、免疫细胞化学法、流式细胞仪观察各组神经干细胞移行、分化情况。结果正常培养下,少量游离的细胞迁移,低糖损伤后迁出细胞数明显增多,治疗2组最多;损伤后F200+/Brdu+细胞和异硫氰酸荧光素-神经微丝(FITC-NF)200标记明显增加,治疗2组与治疗1组、模型组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。结论低糖低氧损伤后神经干细胞移行、分化,补阳还五汤能促进神经干细胞移行、分化。

Abstract:Objectives To explore effect of buyang huanwu tang decoction (yang-supplementing five-returning decoction)on migration and differentiation of neural stem cells after hypoxia and glucose deprivation.Methods Cerebral ischemic model in vitro was induced by hypoxia and glucose deprivation, neural stem cells were divided randomly, migration and differentiation of neural stem cells were checked by cell label, immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry.Results Few neural stem cells were migrated at normal condition;but after injuring,migrated cell count icreased markedly.NF200 /Brdu and FITC-NF200 stained cells increased rapidly,there was difference between treatment group 2 and treatment group 1 or model group significantly(P<0.01,0.05).Conclusion Neural stem cells migrated and differentiated after hypoxia and glucose deprivation, this can be enhanced by buyang huanwu tang decoction.
