| 摘 要： | 目的观察激光对蒙药那如-3抗氧化损伤作用的影响.方法用邻苯三酚法测SOD,TBA法测MDA,改良的Gricss法测NO.结果与对照组相比,蒙药单用及蒙药与激光联用均可提高大鼠心肌SOD活力,联用组提高非常显著(P＜0.01);单用及联用均可降低大鼠心肌MDA含量,其联用组降低非常显著(P＜0.01);联用组可显著提高NO含量(P＜0.05).结论激光可提高蒙药那如-3抗氧化损伤的药效.

Effect of Laserlight on Mongolian Medicine Naru-3 Against Oxidative Harm in Myocardium of Rats |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of 1aser light on mongo1ian medicine Naru-3 against oxidot: ve harm in myocardium.Methods:SOD activity was determined with trihydroxy benzene.MDA content with TBA,NO content With Griess method.Result: Both single using mongonan medicine Naru-3 and using mongolian medicine Naru-3 add 1aser light can increase SOD activity of myocardium compare with contro1 group,but the 1ater is markedly than control group (P<0.01). The two groups both can decrease MDA of myocardium, but the later's MDA is markedly lower than control group (P<0.01) NO of myocardium in the group both use Mongolia medicine Naru-3 and laser is markedly higher than control group (P<0.05) Conclusion:Effect of laser light on mongolian medicine Naru-3 against oxidative harm in myocardium of rats can be increased. |
