| 摘 要： | Infliximab是一直接针对肿瘤坏死因子－α（TNF－α）的嵌合性单克隆抗体。1998年5月美国FDA正式批准Infliximab用于对常规保守治疗无效以及活动性瘘道形成的中－重度克罗恩病（CD）患者。本文对Infliximab在克罗恩病治疗中的现状及展望作一综述。
