妊娠合并HELLP综合征35例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠合并HELLP综合征的病因及处理。方法回顾性分析35例妊娠合并HELLP综合征患者的诊断、治疗。结果HELLP综合征在妊娠高血压疾病患者中发病率为2.77%,重度子痫前期患者中的发病率为17%。治疗方法为严密监护母婴情况,积极治疗妊娠高血压疾病,早期使用糖皮质激素,适时终止妊娠。结论早期诊断、及时处理是改善母婴预后最有效的方法。

A clinical analysis of 35 hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets syndrome in pregnancy

Objective To explore the cause and management of pregnant women with hemolysis,elevated liver enzymes,and low platelets (HELLP) syndrome.Methods Medical records from 1992 to 2003 were reviewed for diagnosis and treatment in 35 women with HELLP syndromes.Results The incidence of HELLP syndrome was 2.77% in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,and 17% in the patients with severe pre-eclampsia.The major therapeutic way were intensive maternal and fetal monitoring,active management of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy administration of corticosteroids and termination the pregnancy timely.Conclusion In order to decrease the maternal and perinatal mortality rate,the effective treatment for HELLP syndrome in pregnancy should be diagnosed and treated as fast as possible.
