| 摘 要： | 本文分析了２２例以肝损害为首发症状的肝豆状核变性患者的临床特征，误诊情况治疗效果，提示该型患者因起病急，早期误诊率高、常延误治疗，预后较差，强调早期诊断，早期治疗及终身治疗的必要性。

| Abstract: | Twenty-two cases of hepatolenticular degeneration with initial onset of hepatic symptoms were reported in this article .The characteristics of clinical manifestations and misdiagnosis and the effects of treatment were discussed .The rate of misdiagnosis was high in the early stage ,so the treatment was not in time and the prognosis was not good .It is important to diagnose patients and give them anticopper treatment as quickly as possible ,and treatment for life is critical. |
