| 摘 要： | 通过非诉讼替代式解决方式化解医疗纠纷，使医患纠纷在第一时间内转移至院外，既维护了医疗机构的正常医疗秩序，公平、公正、方便、快捷的依法维护了医患双方的利益，又节约解决纠纷的成本，提高了效率，是解决医患矛盾的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Through non-litigation alternative solutions to resolve medical disputes, so that patient disputes in the first time transferred to the hospital, we can uphold the medical institutions of the normal medical orderly, fair and just, convenient and ef-ficient in accordance with the law to safeguard the interests of both the patient and dispute resolution to save costs and improve effi-ciency is to solve the patient an effective way of contradiction. |
