| 摘 要： | 目的优选鱼腥草总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法比较冷浸法、回流提取和超声法3种方式,以鱼腥草总生物碱得率及生物碱含量为指标,采用正交试验法对鱼腥草总生物碱的回流提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺：用20倍量85%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论该工艺提取效率高,稳定可控,简单经济,适合工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction technical of alkaloid from Houttuynia cordata.Methods To compare the alkaloids yield and content by three kinds of different extraction methods as cold soaked extraction,reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction.The reflux extraction technical was selected by orthogonal experimental design.Results The optimum extraction technology was adding 20 times amount of 85% alcohol,refluxing for three times,two hours in each time.Conclusion The optimum preparative procedure is simple,quickly and highly efficient. |
