| 摘 要： | 用α受体阻滞剂哌唑嗪治疗前列腺增生症100例,年龄62±5a,每日口服3-4mg,分3-4次,临床症状改善率96％。经观察患者夜尿减少,尿量增加,膀胱残余尿明显减少,最大尿流率和平均尿流率显著改善,而副作用小。作者认为哌唑嗪对前列腺增生症所致的尿路梗阻症状是有效的。

| Abstract: | The effect of prazosin was studied in 100 patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy. Pra-zosin 1 mg tid or qid was administrated orally for Iwk. Improvements of subjective symptoms were observed in 96% of these patients. There were significant decrease in frequency of nocturia and an increase in voided urine volume. Improvements were found in residual urine volume and maximum flow rate with statistical significance. A few adverse effects were noted in 7 patients. Our results showed that a new adrenergic alpha receptor blockader prazosin is useful for obstructive symptoms in benign prostatic hypertrophy. |
