| 摘 要： | 目的 评价羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉的效果.方法 我院2010年6月至2013年6月收治的复发性翼状胬肉患者100例.随机分为A、B两组,A组在手术显微镜下切除复发性胬肉,在手术过程中应用0.2 g/L丝裂霉素C湿敷5 min,B组在手术过程中不用丝裂霉素C,比较两组复发率和手术并发症发生率的差异.结果 A组在的复发率和手术并发症发生率均明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 相对于单纯的羊膜移植术,羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉安全有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C application for recurrent pterygium.Methods A retrospective randomized study was performed on 100 cases of recurrent pterygium treated by amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C application in our hospital form June 2010 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A underwent amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C application for 5 minutes.Group B only accepted amniotic membrane transplantation.The recurrence rate and surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recurrence rate and incidence of surgical complications in group A were lower than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Compared with amniotic membrane transplantation alone,amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C application is safer and more effective in the treatment of recurrent pterygium. |
