复杂眼外伤并眼内异物的玻璃体手术临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨复杂眼外伤合并眼内异物的玻璃体手术临床效果。方法2011年1月至2011年12月复杂眼外伤合并眼内异物30例(40眼)。所有患者均行玻璃体手术,观察手术治疗的效果。结果30例(40眼)均经一次手术成功摘出异物。功能治愈30眼,解剖治愈7眼,未愈3眼,手术成功率为92.50%(37眼/40眼)。与术前比较,术后视力明显提高。结论复杂眼外伤合并眼内异物的玻璃体手术临床效果显著。伤眼损伤的部位和手术的时机及术前异物定位以及是否发生严重并发症决定了伤眼视力恢复的效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitrectomy for complicated ocular trau- ma and intraocular foreign body. Methods Forty eyes of 30 patients in January to December 2011 with complicated ocular trauma with intraocular foreign body underwent vitreoretinal operation and the effect of operation was observed. Results Forty eyes underwent single successful operation to extract the foreign body with functional cure in 30 eyes, anatomic cure in 7 eyes and failure in 3 eyes. The success rate of operatiou was 92.5%. Compared with the preoperative visual acuity, the postoperative visual acuity was im- proved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effect of vitrectomy operation for complicated ocular trauma with intraocular foreign body is significant. The timing of surgery, eye injury site, the foreign body localization before operation and whether the serious complications happen determine visual outcomes of the injured eyes.
