| 摘 要： | 目的:利用2008年度某市医保数据库的信息,对不同分娩方式的住院服务与药品利用进行比较分析。方法:研究数据经SPSS15.0软件进行分析。对两种不同分娩方式的各项指标进行比较,并用t检验和t’检验(方差不齐时)进行统计学检验。结果:样本人群的剖宫产率为65.62%。剖宫产分娩次均住院天数为9.26 d,次均住院费用为4 896.87元,保险基金补偿比为67.89%。顺产分娩次均住院天数为7.5 d,次均住院费用为2 952.80元,保险基金补偿比为60.12%。结论:剖宫产分娩患者和顺产分娩患者住院费用差异主要由西药费、材料费和手术费这三项的费用差异导致。对药品的使用情况进行分析发现,无论剖宫产还是顺产分娩,都存在抗生素不合理使用的现象。 |
