摘    要:目的优选超声法提取白芷的最佳工艺。方法采用正交设计法优化超声法提取白芷的工艺,以欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的总含量为考察指标,超声时间、加醇量、乙醇浓度作为考察的因素,各取三个水平,分别为超声时间15 min、30 min、45 min;加醇量9倍,12倍,15倍;乙醇浓度70%,80%,90%。结果选取的最优工艺条件为:12倍量80%的乙醇超声45min提取白芷。结论影响白芷提取的最主要因素为超声时间和加醇量。
