摘    要:目的采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定该制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-水(34∶66)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;柱温30℃;漂移管温度为105℃,气体流量为2.5 L.min-1。结果黄芪甲苷峰与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离,黄芪甲苷进样量在2.57~15.42μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8;平均加样回收率为99.95%,RSD为0.82%(n=6)。结论本方法准确、简便、可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the assay of astragaloside Ⅳ in Ejiaobuxue Oral Liquid.Methods C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile-water(34:66)as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The temperature of column was 30 ℃.The detector was ELSD.The temperature of drift tube was 105 ℃.The gas flow was 2.5 L·min-1.Results The data showed that this method could clearly separate astragaloside Ⅳ peak from its nearby impurity peaks,with a better linear range of 2.57~15.42 μg(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 99.5% and RSD was 0.82%(n=6).Conclusion The method was accurate,simple and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
