玻璃体内注入万古霉素配合手术治疗感染性眼内炎

目的:评价玻璃体内注射万古霉素配合手术治疗感染性眼内炎的临床应用价值。方法:对44例确诊感染性眼内炎患者行早期玻璃体内注射万古霉素;玻璃体液及前房水作细菌培养及药敏试验,对眼B超确诊为视网膜脱离患者及因玻璃体注药效果差(观察48h眼内体征无明显改善),球内异物存留者予配合玻璃体切割手术。结果:44例眼内炎患者经随访6月炎症均被控制,其中40例视力得以提高,单纯玻璃体内注射万古霉素的治疗有效率为90.00%,配合手术治疗的有效率为91.67%。结论:玻璃体内注射万古霉素配合手术治疗感染性眼内炎疗效满意,值得推广。

Evaluation on Effect of Intravitreal Vancomycin Injections Combined with Vitrectomy on Treating Infectious Endo-ophthalmitis

Objective：To evaluate the effect of intravitreal vancomycin injections combined with vitrectomy on treating infectious endo-ophthalmitis.Methods：Intravitreal vancomycin injections were given in early time to 44 cases in whom the diagnosis of infectious endo-ophthalmitis was made clear.Vitrectomy was combined with those complex among the 44 cases such as detachment of retina by ultrasound,failure of intravitreal injections（observing for 48 h the intraocular symptom not distinctly improvemed）,and intraocular foreign substance remained.Results：During a follow-up of 6 months,all symptoms of 44 cases were controlled and vision of 40 cases was improved.The cases of improved vision cases by intravitreal vancomycin injection is 90.00% and 91.67% by vitrectomy.Conclusion：The effect of intravitreal vancomycin injections combined with vitrectomy on treating infectious endo-ophthalmitis is affirmative and obvious.The method is recommended.
