摘    要:目的建立近红外光谱分析技术测量红参提取物中总糖含量的定量模型。方法积分球漫反射方式采集50批样品的原始光谱,经一阶导数和多元散射校正技术预处理,选取7 499~11 993 cm-1波段,用偏最小二乘回归法对40批样品的近红外光谱和硫酸-苯酚紫外光谱法测定的总糖含量进行了模型拟合。结果 校正模型的R2为88.71,RM-SECV为1.03,最佳回归因子为7。用建立的模型对10批样品的总糖含量进行预测,RMSEP为1.25。结论本研究建立的近红外模型能快速测定红参提取物中总糖含量,方法简便快速。

Abstract:Objective To establish a quantitative model for the rapid determination of total sugar in red ginseng extract by near-infrared spectrometry.Methods Primitive spectra of 50 samples were collected by integrating sphere diffuse-reflectance,which were pretreated with the first order derivative and multiple scattering correction technique.The wavelength range for analysis was 7 499~11 993 cm-1.Fitting of a model of total sugar content in 40 batch of simples that determined by near-infrared spectrometry and sulphuric acid-phenol ultraviolet spectra method,was carried out by meta-least square regression method.Results R2 of the calibration model was 88.71,RMSECV was 1.03,and the best regression factor was 7.The total sugar of 10 samples was determined with this calibration model and the RMSEP was 1.25.Conclusion It was a simple and rapid method to determine the content of total sugar in red ginseng extract with the near-infrared model.
