铜绿假单胞菌院内感染与药敏趋势分析

目的:分析院内2008—2009年度铜绿假单胞菌感染的住院患者的药物敏感情况,为临床合理应用抗铜绿假单胞菌感染药物提供参考。方法:汇总2008—2009年铜绿假单胞菌感染的住院患者病历,按患者性别、年龄、诊断、疾病转归、药敏标本来源及结果等,建立数据库,采用STATA10.0软件进行统计分析。结果:铜绿假单胞菌感染主要以呼吸道感染为主,对多黏菌素的敏感率为100%。结论:应加强对铜绿假单胞菌的监测与药敏试验,掌握铜绿假单胞菌耐药规律,合理选用抗菌药物。

Analysis of Nosocomial Infection and Drug Susceptibility of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Objective：To analyze the nosocomial infection and drug sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 2008-2009 in hospitalized patients for clinical rational use of drugs against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection of reference.Methods：Summerizing hospital patients records of Pseudomonas seudomonas aeruginosa infection in 2008-2009（according to sex,age,diagnosis,disease prognosis,and drug sensitivity results of sample sources） and establishing a database,using STATA 10.0 software for statistical analysis.Results：Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection of respiratory tract infection mainly based on polymyxin sensitivity was 100%.Conclusion：Enough attention should be paid and the monitoring of Pseudomonas aeruginosa should be strengthened clinically.the laws of resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa should be controlled and the antimicrobial drugs should be rationally used.
