葛泽降脂颗粒对家兔实验性高脂血症的影响

目的观察葛泽降脂颗粒对家兔实验性高脂血症的影响。方法取雄性青紫蓝杂种健康家兔100只,体重1.5～2.5 kg。实验前,将家兔用普通饲料喂养7天,随即自家兔耳缘静脉取血,分别测定其TC、TG、LDL-ch和HDL-ch含量,并推算出VLDL-ch及TC/HDL-ch比值。根据家兔血脂水平及体重,将家兔随机分为10组,每组10只。第1组为正常对照组,始终给予家兔固体饲料。其它各组换用高脂饲料(含胆固醇0.5%、猪油5%、家兔固体饲料94.5%)。第3～5组于改用高脂饲料的同时,分别掺饲低、中、高三个剂量的葛泽降脂颗粒,每日一次,共用4周。第6～8组于改用高脂饲料的第5周起开始掺饲低、中、高三个剂量的葛泽降脂颗粒,第10组同步掺饲阳性对照药非诺贝特30 mg.kg-1,每日一次,共用4周。第9组于改用高脂料的同时掺饲阳性对照药非诺贝特30 mg.kg-1,每日1次。第3～5组及第9组为用药4周,然后停药,继续观察4周。第2组持续掺饲给予高脂饲料作为高脂血症模型组。于改换高脂饲料的第2、4、6、8周末,禁食12 h后自耳部取血,分别测定TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C及推算出VLDL-C及TC/HDL-C比值。结果 对实验性家兔高脂血症模型,葛泽降脂颗粒不仅在预防给药时能有效控制血脂水平升高,提高HDL-c含量。在治疗给药时,对高脂血症也显示出良好的治疗作用。结论葛泽降脂颗粒对家兔实验性高脂血症有很好的调节作用。

Effect of Gezejiangzhi Granule on serum lipoprotein of hyperlipidemic rabbits

Objective To study the effect of Gezejiangzhi（GZJZ）Granule on serum lipoprotein of hyperlipidemic rabbits.Methods 100 male healthy rabbits were given common feed for 7 days,and were taken blood from auricular vein of rabbits.The content of TC,TG,LDL-ch and HDL-ch in blood were measured respectively,and the ratio of VLDL-ch and TC/HDL-ch were calculated.Rabbits were divide into 10 groups at random.The groupⅠwas control one,were given solid feed all the time,other groups were given high-fat feed.The groups III～V were given different dosage（low,medium,high） of GZJZ Granule meanwhile and the groups VI～VIII were given different dosage（low,medium,high） of GZJZ Granule in the fifth week when given high-fat feed,the group X were given Fenofibrate 30 mg·kg-1 as positive control medicine.The groups IX were simultaneously feed Fenofibrate once a day when given high-fat feed and withdrew after 4 weeks.The groupⅡwas given high-fat feed continuously as hyperlipidemia models.Each group was collected blood from auricular vein after absolute diet for 12 hours at the end of 2nd,4th,6th,8th week when given high-fat feed.The content of TC,TG,LDL-ch and HDL-ch were measured respectively,and the ratio of VLDL-ch and TC/HDL-ch were calculated.Resuts The results showed that the GZJZ Granule not only could control the level of blood lipid prophylactically and increase the content of HDL-c,but also has therapeutical effect on hyperlipidemia.Conclusion The GZJZ Granule can regulate the level of hyperlipidemia for experimental rabbits
