桡骨远端粉碎骨折的手术治疗

目的：总结闭合复位结合外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎骨折的体会。方法：2004年4月至今对桡骨远端粉碎骨折AO分型B2型及C1-3型骨折，采用闭合复位外固定架结合微创克氏针固定或有限切开复位内固定治疗，共计24例31侧。结果：20例27侧6个月～24个月随访，4例失访，腕关节功能评定结果，优14侧、良7侧、可3侧、差3侧。结论：采用闭合复位外固定架结合微创克氏针固定或有限切开复位固定技术对于不稳定桡骨远端粉碎骨折治疗可收到较好效果。

Surgical Treatment of Distal Radius Comminuted Fractures

Objective:To summarize the experience in closed reduction combined with external fixator in treatment of distal radius comminuted fractures. Methods:The patients with fractures of AO classification type B2 and type C1-3 of distal radius comminuted fractures from April of 2004 till now were performed by closed reduction and external fixator combined with minimally invasive Kirschner wire or limited open reduction and internal fixation, which were 24 cases (31 sides) totally. Results:Twenty-seven sides of 20 cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months and 4 cases were out of followed. According to wrist function score, 14 sides were graded as excellent, 7 sides as good , 3 sides as fair and 3 sides as poor. Conclusion:It can get better results to adopt the method of closed reduction and external fixator com-bined with minimally invasive Kirschner wire or limited open reduction and internal fixation.
