门静脉癌栓兔模型建立及超声监测

摘    要:目的建立肝癌伴门静脉癌栓的动物模型,探讨超声在监测门静脉癌栓生长中的作用.方法新西兰大白兔12只,开腹后将VX2肿瘤块直接注入门静脉主干内,接种后每日超声观察门静脉内癌栓生长情况,记录癌栓的大小、位置、回声及血供情况.结果 10只门静脉癌栓模型成功建立(10/12).种植后2周超声可探及门脉内癌栓,3周可发现其血供情况.结论门静脉内直接种植肿瘤块是建立门静脉癌栓模型的可靠方法,成功率较高.超声是监测门静脉癌栓生物学特性的方便可行的影像学方法之一.

Abstract:Objective To establish the models of portal vein thrombus (PVT) in rabbits, and to investigate the value of ultrasonography. Methods Total 12 New Zealand white rabbits were implanted with VX 2 tumor into portal vein with laparotomy. The size, location, echogencity, and blood supply of the portal vein thrombus were monitored by sonography daily after implantation. Results Ten rabbits were successfully implanted with VX 2 tumor in the portal vein, the success rate of the model was high 83.33%(10/12). Ultrasonography could detect the PVT at 2 weeks, and its blood supply at 3 weeks after implantation. Conclusion The model of liver neoplasms with portal vein thrombus in rabbits can be successfully established by intraportal implanataion of VX 2 tumor. Ultrasonography is useful in assessing the biological features of PVT. [
