脊柱军事训练伤健康教育效果评价简

目的评价脊柱军事训练伤健康教育的效果，为军队健康教育研究提供依据。方法分群选取作者医院5个体系部队500名2011年入伍的战士作为脊柱军事训练伤健康教育干预组，选另外5个体系部队500名同年入伍的战士作为对照组，比较两组半年后在脊柱军事训练伤知识知晓率、科学训练行为形成率、脊柱训练伤发病率上的差异。结果干预组脊柱军事训练伤知识知晓率、科学训练行为形成率高于对照组，脊柱训练伤发病率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对官兵及早开展脊柱军事训练伤健康教育有助于官兵提高伤病防治意识，养成科学的训练习惯，降低脊柱训练伤的发病率。

Effect Evaluation of Health Education on Spine Injury Caused by Military Training

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on the spine injury caused by military training, and provide evidence for the study of health education in the army. Methods A total of 500 soldiers who were in service from 2011 and belong to 5 grassroots units received treatment in our hospital and were selected as intervention group. Another 500 soldiers who were in service at the same time and belong to another 5 grassroots units were selected as control group. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results The consciousness rate of knowledge about the spine injury caused by military training and the rate of servicemen having scientific training behavior were higher, and the incidence of the injury caused by military training was lower in the intervention group than those in the control group （all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Early health education on the spine injury caused by military training helps the servicemen to improve the prevention consciousness of injury and form the scientific training behaviors, which can decrease the incidence of the injury caused by military training.
