| Abstract: | Translumbar selective coronary arteriography was performed using a preshaped 7 French coronary catheter introduced over the long translumbar needle. The patients had abdominal aortic occlusion, left subclavian artery occlusion, and innominate artery stenosis, which precluded the usual angiographic approaches. |
