| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨热化疗对中晚期食管癌的近期疗效.方法：采用顺铂＋氟尿嘧啶（DF）方案化疗联合热疗治疗 22 例中晚期食管癌,观察其近期疗效及毒副反应.结果：DF方案化疗联合热疗对中晚期食管癌近期疗效较高,毒副反应较轻.结论：热化疗对中晚期食管癌有协同治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore primary curative effect of thermochemotherapy on medium and advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods:22 cases of medium and advanced esophageal carcinoma were treated with DF(PDD+5Fu)chemotherapy regimen combined with thermotherapy,observed the primary curative and the side effect and toxicity of it .Results:The primary curative effect of DF chemotherapy regimen combined with thermotherapy was higher,while side effect and toxicity was lower.Conclusion:Thermochemotherapy had cooperative effect on medium and advanced esophageal carcinoma. |
