目的 总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中某援鄂医疗队驻地生活区感染的预防与控制经验。方法 通过对某援鄂医疗队驻地生活区基本情况分析,从个人住宿单元管理、人员管理、营区管理等方面提出了"零死角"感染预防与控制举措,并对实施效果进行评价。结果 任务期内,本医疗队员无1例发生新型冠状病毒肺炎感染,队员个人身心健康处于良好状态,确保了防疫期间医疗工作的顺利开展。结论 防疫期间生活区开展有效规范化感染的预防与控制管理,对医疗队医疗工作顺利开展和实现"零感染"目标起到了积极的作用。

Infection Prevention and Control in Living Area of Medical Team Supporting Hubei for Fighting COVID-19

Objective To summarize the experience of infection prevention and control in the living area of a medical team supporting Hubei for fighting COVID-19. Methods After the analysis of basic situation of the living area of certain medical team supporting Hubei for fighting COVID-19, the infection prevention and control measures of "zero dead corner" were put forward from the aspects of personal accommodation management, personnel management and camp management, then the implementation effect was evaluated. Results During the mission period, there was no case of COVID-19 infection in medical team members, and personal physical and mental health of team members was in good condition, which ensured the smooth development of medical work for epidemic prevention. Conclusion The effective and standardized infection prevention and control measures in living area during epidemic outbreak play a positive role in the smooth development of medical work and the realization of the goal of "zero infection".
