门诊开展中医多学科协作诊疗的实践

目的 探索开展中医多学科一体化诊疗模式。方法 组建中医多学科诊疗服务小组,包括中医多学科诊疗管理团队、专家组及会诊秘书,对患者开展中医多学科一体化诊疗服务,服务结束1周后对患者进行随访评价其诊疗效果。结果 2018年5月—2019年12月共完成398例中医多学科协作诊疗,其中神经系统疾病149例,其中消化系统疾病67例,皮肤系统疾病36例,生殖系统疾病30例,循环系统疾病25例,呼吸系统疾病24例,免疫系统疾病22例,淋巴系统疾病17例,运动系统疾病15例,泌尿系统疾病11例,内分泌系统疾病2例;70%的患者随访表示病情得到改善;中医多学科协作诊疗病例涉及中医学科总数合计为10个科室,流派有6种,中医技术11种。结论 门诊开展的中医多学科诊疗模式为患者提供了优质的诊疗服务,患者病情得以改善,同时中医生临床能力、护士综合护理水平及医院临床带教水平提高。

Effect of TCM Multi-disciplinary Team in Outpatient

Objective To explore a diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM multi-disciplinary team in outpatient. Methods A TCM multi-disciplinary team was established including management team, expert panel and consultation secretary to provide integrated service for patients and the follow-up was conducted one week after the treatment. Results A total of 398 cases received TCM multi-disciplinary service including 149 patients with nervous system diseases, 67 with digestive system diseases, 36 with skin diseases, 30 with diseases of reproductive system, 25 with diseasesofcirculatorysystem, 24 with respiratorydiseases, 22 with diseases of immune system, 17 with diseases of lymphaticsystem, 15 with diseases of locomotor system, 11 with urinarysystemdiseases and 2 with diseases of endocrinesystem. The condition of 70% of the patients in the follow-up was improved. There were 10 departments, 6 TCM schools and 11 kinds of TCM technology involved in the new diagnosis and treatment mode. Conclusion The new diagnosis and treatment mode provides quality service for patients and it helps to improve clinical competence and clinical teaching of medical staff.
