摘    要:目的 探讨针对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者呼吸道标本采集的网格化培训管理效果。方法 将全院划分为6个网格,每个网格内由1名培训教师和1名指导老师负责,通过建立网格化培训理论体系、建立培训交流群以及培训对象一对一的实操反馈来开展网格化培训,最后通过线上理论测试、培训成员的反馈等来评价网格化培训效果。结果 共培训抗疫护理人员213名,理论测试合格率达到100%,且参与培训的成员对网格化培训形式评价较高。结论 采用网格化培训呼吸道标本的采集方法,在提高抗疫前线护理人员防护意识的同时也能规范呼吸道标本采集方式,以期能为临床培训模式提供借鉴。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of grid training on the collection of respiratory tract specimens from COVID-19 patients. Methods The hospital was divided into 6 grids and a training teacher and a tutor were responsible for each grid. Grid training was conducted through the establishment of grid training theory system, training exchange group and one-to-one field feedback. The training effect was assessed by online theory test and feedback. Results A total of 213 anti-epidemic nurses received the train and qualification rate of theoretical test reached 100%. The trainees thought highly of the training. Conclusion Grid training on the collection of respiratory tract specimens can not only improve the protection awareness of the frontline nurses, but also standardize the collection of respiratory tract specimens, and it provides reference for clinical training model.
