微创植入放射性粒子近距离治疗肿瘤的临床研究

摘    要:目的总结8家医院对放射性粒子近距离治疗各种肿瘤的疗效,探索其治疗肿瘤的可行性。方法采用CT、B超定位经皮穿刺、窥镜植入、术中种植放射性粒子等方法,对1013例肿瘤的1336个病灶共植入125I28914粒、103Pd457粒,并对407例肿瘤患者同时进行组织间化疗。结果放射性粒子近距离治疗各种肿瘤后,局部控制率为97.60%,联合组织间化疗组的局部控制率为99.10%,病人1年生存率为90.50%,2年生存率为82.50%,并发症小于6%。结论放射性粒子近距离治疗各种肿瘤效果明显,为一种新的微创治疗肿瘤的手段。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the effect of radioactive particle implantation in brachytherapy for different kinds of tumors in 8 hospital, and explore the feasibility of the therapy. Methods All the patients were treated with percutaneous implantation and radioactive particle implantation in the operation guided by ultrasound and CT. 28 914 ~ 125 I-seeds and 457 ~ 103 Pd-seeds were implanted in 1 336 lesions of 1 013 cases, and interstitial chemotherapy was performed in 407 cases of tumor simultaneously. Results After treatment, the total local control rate was 97.6%, the local control rate in interstitial chemotherapy group was 99.1%, the one-year and two-year survival rates were 90.5% and 82.5% respectively, the complication rate was less than 6%. Conclusion The radioactive particle implantation in tumor brachytherapy is a new, effective and minimally invasive therapy.
