摘    要:目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)的表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测上述三者在50例垂体瘤中的表达。结果侵袭组和非侵袭组的Survivin、VEGF、MVD表达均有显著性差异,Survivin的高表达将直接导致血管发生显著增强,其高表达与肿瘤细胞的侵袭性呈正相关.VEGF具有促进肿瘤新生血管形成的作用,MVD则是血管形成的量化指标。结论Survivin、MVD、VEGF可作为判断垂体腺瘤侵袭性和评估预后的良好生物学指标。

Abstract:Objective To probe the relationship between Survivin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the expression of nficrovessel density (MVD) and the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. Methods The expression of Survivin, VEGF and MVD in 50 cases of pituitary tumor was detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results There were significant difference in the expression of Survivin, VEGF and MVD in invasive and non-invasive group. Expression of Survivin was directly related to the increase of blood vessels. High expression of Survivin and the invasive tumor cells were positively correlated. VEGF could promote tumor angiogenesis and MVD was the quantitative indicators of angiogenesis. Conclusion Survivin, MVD and VEGF can be used as good biological indexes for the evaluation of invasiveness and prognosis of pituitary adenoma.
