| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甘精胰岛素联合动态血糖监测治疗围手术期2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性.方法 将87例围手术期2型糖尿病患者随机分为甘精胰岛素治疗组(G组)43例,胰岛素泵治疗组(CSII组)44例.应用动态血糖监测系统观察两组患者治疗期间高、低血糖发生率,同时观察血糖调整时间、胰岛素用量及术后并发症发生率.结果 G组与CSII组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 甘精胰岛素在糖尿病围手术期能迅速、有效、平稳控制血糖,不失为目前围手术期控制血糖的良好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated the therapeutic effect of glargine in perioperative patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Eighty-seven perioperative patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into G group(n=43) and CSII group(n=44),which were treated severally with glargine injection and insulin pump.The blood glucose,insulin dose and hypoglycemia incidence rate were observed.Results The levels of blood glucose in two groups were reduced after the treatments.The effect and safety of G group were similar to that o... |
