茶叶提取液对幽门螺杆菌生长的抑制作用

目的 探讨茶叶提取液对幽门螺杆菌的抑制作用.方法 采用琼脂平板扩散法分别观察绿茶和红茶提取液对幽门螺杆菌的体外抑菌作用.结果 茶叶提取液对幽门螺杆菌具有一定的抑制作用,其抑菌作用随茶叶提取液浓度增高而增强;茶叶中所含抑菌成分具有耐热性.结论 中国绿茶和红茶具有抗幽门螺杆菌作用,这对幽门螺杆菌相关的慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌可能起到防治作用.

Growth Inhibitory Effect of Tea Extracts on Helicobacter Pylori in Vitro

Objective To investigate growth inhibitory effect of tea extracts on Helicobacter pylori in vitro.Methods The growth inhibition of tea extracts on Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) in vitro was observed by agar plate diffusion method.Results The extracts of tea could inhibit the growth of H.pylori and the inhibitory effect was enhanced with the increase of concentration of the extracts.The active ingredients accounting for the anti-H.pylori have the heat resistance property.Conclusions Green tea and black tea have anti-H.pylori activity.Tea extracts may have a therapeutic and preventive effects on chronic gastritis,peptic ulceration,and gastric cancer induced by H.pylori.
