摘    要:目的:本实验通过观察HBOT对烧伤患者血清可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)含量的影响,探讨其防治烧伤感染的意义。方法:选择烧伤总面积大于30%或Ⅲ度面积大于10%的烧伤患者42例,随机分为高压氧治疗组和非高压氧组,8个时相点抽取静脉血,以ELISA法测定其血清sIL-2R含量,同时比较两组患者脓毒症发生率。结果:非HBOT组患者伤后各时相点血清sIL-2R含量显著高于正常;与此相反,HBOT组伤后各时相点血清sIL-2R水平接近正常值,与非HBOT组相比,各时相点血清sIL-2R水平显著降低,与此同时,脓毒症发生率也明显低于非HBOT组。结论:HBOT可显著降低烧伤患者血清sIL-2R含量,故对防治烧伤感染可能有益。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the significance of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in preventing and treating burn infections by observing its effect on the level of serun sIL-2R in burn patients. Methods: Forty two burn patients (with more than 30% body surface area of third degree more than 10%) were selected and divided into two groups at random: HBOT group and non-HBOT group, forty healthy blood donors were selected as normal control. The venous blood samples were drawn from 42 patients at 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days postburn, and the levels of serum sIL-2R were measured by ELISA method. Then the incidences of sepsis of two groups were compared. Results: In non-HBOT group, the level of serum sIL-2R were profoundly increased at all periods postburn and a higher incidence of sepsis was also manifested (compared with HBOT group), in HBOT group, however, the levels of sIL-2R were close to those in normal control and much lower than those in non-HBOT group at all periods postburn and so was the incidence of sepsis. Conclusion: HBOT may significantly reduce the level of serum sIL-2R in burn patients, so it has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of burn infections.
