| 摘 要： | 目的 了解军校新学员的心理健康状况 ,为提出相应的应对措施提供基础资料。方法 在某军队院校某年级中整群抽样取一年级本科生 (A组 ,1 4 1人 ) ,专科生 (B组 ,2 73人 )采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )来评价学员的心理健康状况 ,由学生集中填写独立完成。结果 4 0 .7%～ 4 6 .1 %的一年级学员有突出的心理症状。A组学员的人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、偏执等因子的评分显著高于B组学员的评分。结论 强迫、人际关系敏感、偏执、敌对等是军校一年级学员主要心理症状。军校一年级专科生学员的心理健康状况较本科生的心理健康状况要好

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the mental health status of the military university freshmen.Methods The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) were used to evaluate the mental health of 141 cadets(group A) and 273 three-year program students (group B).All subjects were asked to complete the questionnaire.Results There were 40.7% to 46.1% students who had positive mental symptoms.Subjects in group A had higher scores of relations with others,paranoia,hostility and anxiety than subjects in group B. Conclusion Obsession, relations with others, paranoia and hostility are the most frequency positive symptoms in students. Mental health statuses of three-year program students are better than cadets. |
