正常人角膜内皮与糖尿病角膜内皮的对比观察

目的探讨糖尿病对角膜内皮的影响,重视白内障摘除术中对角膜内皮的保护。方法应用EM-1020全自动角膜内皮细胞分析仪对正常人62人(66眼),糖尿病人41人(66眼)的角膜内皮进行平均细胞面积、细胞密度、六棱细胞比率、变异系数4项指标的定量分析。结果糖尿病与正常人相比,平均细胞面积及细胞密度两项指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。而六棱细胞比率,糖尿病组较正常组明显减少,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。糖尿病组变异系数明显增高(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病人角膜内皮细胞与正常人相比,六棱细胞比率明显减少,而变异系数明显增高。由于这种形态学的变化使糖尿病人角膜的抗病能力及抗损伤能力下降。

Comparative Study of oorneal Endothelial Cells in Diabetes with the Nonnal People.

Objective To study the influence of diabetes on comeal endothelial cells, and to attach importance to the protection of comeal endothelium during the cataraction. Method Apply the EM - 1020 auto - endothelial cell analyzer to the 66 eyes of 62 normal peoples and 66 eyes of 41 diabetes patients for quantitative analysis of four indexes (average cell area, endothelial cell density , coefficient of variation, ratio of hexagonal cells) . Result In the comparison with diabetes and the control group, average cell area and endothelial cell density were no significant difference (P>0.05) . Ratio of hexagonal cells were significant difference (P<0.05) between diabetes and control group. Ratio of hexagonal cell with diabetes decreased. Coefficient of variation was significant difference (P< 0.01) .Coefficient of variation increased. Conclusion Compared with normal people, ratio of hexagonal cells of the comeal endothelium in diabetes was clearly decreased.Coefficient of variation was clearly increased.Due to these variation in morphology, the ability of diabetes to anti - diseases and anti - injury decreased.
