农村社区艾滋病防治健康教育模式探讨

目的 探讨在以非法采供（卖）血为主的贫困地区，开展针对农村居民的艾滋病防治社区健康教育模式。方法 对山西省绛县6个行政村的居民开展多种形式的健康教育，并于健康教育前、后对300名居民进行问卷调查。结果 健康教育后，农村居民艾滋病相关知识知晓率有显著提高，13个艾滋病相关问题的总平均知晓率由56．68％提高到87．48％；联合国艾滋病规划署（UNAIDS）确定的5个关键信息的回答正确率由10．47％提高到54．58％。结论 开展针对性且形式多样的健康教育，可使农村居民艾滋病防治知识知晓率得到显著提高，对艾滋病病毒感染者／艾滋病病人的歧视现象有较大改善。

Discussion concerning the mode of AIDS related health education in rural areas

Objective To explore a proper mode of community health education for AIDS prevention in rural areas. Methods Various health education activities were held in six villages. Before and after the activities, 300 villagers were selected to participate in questionnaire survey. Results There is a significant improvement in the awareness rate of AIDS related information. The awareness rate of five key questions, set by UNAIDS, were increased from 10.47% to 54.58% .Conclusion The awareness rate can be improved significantly and the discrimination against HIV/AIDS can be reduced greatly by various and relevant health education activities.
