| 摘 要： | 尘螨是最常见的室内变应原之一,随着住房缺少通气,湿度增加导致更多的住所遭受螨患。世界范围内的多方面研究已经证实,尘螨暴露与哮喘、过敏性鼻炎和过敏性皮炎等变应性疾病之间有着密切的关联。本文从尘螨变应原,与变应性疾病的关系以及防治的研究现况予以综述。

| Abstract: | House dust mite is one of the most common and important indoor allergens. During recent years more dwellings have become infested, most likely as a result of increased indoor humidity due to reduced ventilation. Multiple studies, conducted worldwide, have shown strong associations between exposure to house dust mite allergens allergic diseases as asthma, allergic rhinitis and allergic dermatitis. This paper reviews the current research progress on house dust mites focusing on the allergens, the relation to allergic diseases and prevention. |
