| 摘 要： | 目的检测新生儿脐血血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4的变化,探讨新生儿脐血的免疫功能。方法24例正常足月自然分娩新生儿脐血作为研究对象,26例健康成人献血员（男女不分）的血清作为对照。采用散射比浊法检测血清中IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4的水平,对结果进行统计学分析。结果脐血清中IgG、IgA的量与成人血清相比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;IgM、C3、C4的量显著低于成人血清（P〈0.01）。结论脐血清中IgM、C3、C4的水平低于正常成人水平,IgG、IgA的水平与正常成人无显著差别。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in cord serum to learn the immune function of cord blood.Methods Radical immunodiffusion(RI) was used to determine the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in cord serum from normal full-term neonates and in control serum from adult blood donors.The results were analyzed statistically.Results The levels of IgG and IgA in cord serum were not significantly different from that in the control(P>0.05),but the levels of IgM,C3 and C4 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of IgM,C3 and C4 in cord serum are under those in the control group,but the levels of IgG and IgA in cord serum do not differ from the adult normal. |
