彩色多普勒阴道超声对宫颈肿物的诊断意义

目的评价彩色多普勒阴道超声对宫颈肿物的诊断意义。方法应用彩色多普勒阴道超声检查39例经妇科检查出宫颈肿物的患者。结果宫颈癌10例,宫颈息肉15例,宫颈肌瘤6例,宫颈粘膜下肌瘤8例。结论彩色多普勒阴道超声能准确快速诊断宫颈肿物性质,大小,内部结构,彩色多普勒（CDFI）能动态、清晰地显示病灶周边及内部血管分布情况及血流频谱的相关参数,为宫颈肿物的性质提供可靠诊断依据。因此项检查无痛,无放射,无损伤,简单,易重复的优点且可以为肥胖,老年人等不容易膀胱充盈者提供,逐渐成为诊断宫颈疾病的首选。本文旨在探讨彩色多普勒阴道超声对宫颈肿物诊断意义。
