上颌磨牙的双腭根变异的病例分析

目的为了报道上颌磨牙解剖的多样性。方法该文描述了4例具有双腭根的上颌磨牙的治疗过程，其中有3例使用镍钛器械，1例使用ISO不锈钢手用器械。回顾了其它上颌磨牙解剖变异性的病例研究。结果在上颌磨牙的治疗过程中需注意上颌磨牙的解剖结构的变异。结论对于牙齿解剖结构多样化的掌握，是成功进行牙髓治疗的基础。

Variation analysis of maxillary molars with two palatal roots

Objective To report anatomical variety in maxillary molars. Methods Four case reports were. presented of a maxillary molar requiring root - canal treatment which had two palatal roots. Three cases were performed using mechanical instrumentation with Nitti. One case was performed using IS（） handle instrument. Other cases of research were ＇also reviewed about the maxillary molars＇ anatomical variation. Results More attention about anatomical variations should be paid during the treatment of maxillary molars. Conclusions The success of endodontic therapy is based on good knowledge of variations in internal anatomy of human teeth.
