摘    要:目的探讨BHT INNOVA M5(ISO)型全自动清洗消毒机对手术器械的清洗和消毒效果。方法人工污染器械后用清洗机清洗,分别对清洗后的器械进行目测、隐血试验和清洗前后微生物检测。结果经清洗机清洗过的器械,细菌计数至少下降至清洗前的10-4,乙肝病毒表面抗原则完全转为阴性,目测清洁度和隐血试验均达到要求。结论BHTINNOVA M5(ISO)型全自动清洗消毒机对手术器械的清洗消毒效果可靠,符合2002年国家医院消毒技术规范的标准。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the cleaning and disinfectant effect of BHT INNOVA M5(ISO) washer-disinfector.Methods Surgical instruments contaminated with blood/soil containing Enterococcus faecalis,Staphylococcus aureus and HBsAg were cleaned by this machine.The cleaning effect was evaluated by visual inspection and occult blood examination and microbiological evaluation of disinfection effect with short-term washing plus disinfection programme of the machine.Results The cleaning effect of machine was found to be satisfactory.The counts of aerobic organisms were reduced to 10-4 of the previous number,whilst HBsAg was also found to be totally negative.Conclusion BHT INNOVAM5(ISO) washer-disinfector has the potential to improve the effect of cleaning and it may reach the standard of national protocol for disinfectant technique in healthcare institutions.
