| 摘 要： | 对50例肝炎恢复期患者和30例药物引起肝脏损害患者的血清进行甘胆酸(CG)放射免疫测定和谷丙转氨酶(CPT)生化测定,结果表明:甘胆酸测定阳性率明显高于谷丙转氨酶测定,且差异显著(P<0.005),所以可根据血清甘胆酸含量的变化,反应出人体肝脏损害扣恢复的程度。

| Abstract: | By using CG radioimmunoassay and GPT biochemical assay, the authors determined the serum in 50 hepatitis convalesecents and 30 cases of hepatic damage caused by drugs. The results indicated that: the negative rate of CG was 77, 5% and the negative rate of GPT 45% respectively, and the former was markedly higher than the latter. There was a significant difference (P<0.005). Therefore, It is suggested that the changes of serum CG content may reflect the degree of hepatic damage and recovery. |
