葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

目的 :评价葛根素注射液对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :将 115例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为葛根素治疗组与对照组。治疗组 5 8例 ,5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0 m l 葛根素注射液 30 0 m g,每天一次静滴 ,10次为一疗程。对照组 5 7例 ,5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0 m l 硝酸甘油注射液 10 m g,每天一次静滴 ,10次为一疗程 ,或口服硝酸异山梨醇酯 ,并根据病情调节剂量。比较两组有效率、血压、心率、心肌耗氧的结果。结果 :总有效率两组差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组 93.1%,对照组 73.6 8%。心率两组无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。血压及心肌耗氧治疗组低于对照组 ,两组差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,结论 :葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定 ,可作为常规治疗用药。

Clinic observation of pueraria's trearment on Coronary heart disesse and angina pectoris

Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of pueraria going on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:115 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were divided into the treatment group randomly.The treatment group,58 patients,were given 500 ml 5% glucose injection and 300 mg pueraria intravenously Once a day.Ten days is a treatment|period.While the control group,57 patients,were given 500 ml 5% glucose injection and 10 mg nitroglycerin intravenously,or p.o isosorbidi dinitras.Ten days is a treatment|period too.The does of drugs varies accordding to situation of the paients.The effective rate,blood pressure heart rate and myocardial oxygen comsumption were compared between the two groups.Results:The difference of the gross effective rate between the two grouips was significant ( P <0 05).Thetreatment group's was 93 1% and the control groups' was 73 68%.There is no difference in heart rate ( P >0 05).The blood pressure and myocardial oxygen comsumption of the treatment group were less lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant ( P <0 05).Conclusions:pueraria can be a routine drug to treat Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris effectively.
